BreadTalk Bangkapi: A Modern Retail Bakery Experience This project reimagines the traditional bakery kiosk into a sleek, transparent, and highly efficient retail environment. The design leverages a striking contrast between the crisp, high-tech aesthetic of the retail floor and a vibrant, inviting dine-in niche. A defining architectural feature is the custom-engineered, suspended stainless steel framing that creates a "floating" effect for the glass pastry displays, maximizing both product visibility and floor space.

To balance the clean, white architectural volumes, the design introduces a dedicated seating area framed by a striking translucent orange textured wall and lush greenery. Accented with a custom neon sign, this zone offers an energetic yet cozy space for customers to linger, perfectly reflecting BreadTalk's lively brand identity.

• Suspended Display Architecture: Custom metal rigging supports "floating" glass pastry cases, creating a weightless, highly modern visual that draws the eye directly to the baked goods.

• High-Contrast Materiality: The clinical, ultra-hygienic feel of stainless steel, glass, and bright white surfaces is deliberately contrasted with warm, vibrant brand colors in the seating area.

• Zoned Customer Journey: The open-plan layout utilizes striking orange floor graphics to guide the high-volume mall traffic seamlessly past the open kitchen, self-serve displays, and toward the checkout.

• Vibrant Seating Niche: A dedicated dine-in area features a custom floor-to-ceiling orange glass-block wall, neon "Freshly Baked" signage, and integrated planters to create a highly photogenic and welcoming atmosphere.

• Maximized Transparency: Floor-to-ceiling glass partitions offer an unobstructed view into the preparation area, emphasizing the brand's commitment to freshness and on-site baking.
